  Our Representative Office in Ukraine (LLC "ZOOGEN UKRAINE") unilaterally severed its relations with LLC "ZOOGEN" (RF, St. Petersburg), in connection with which:

  1. All contacts, addresses, phones, websites, e-mail addresses, social media accounts on behalf of Zoogen Ukraine, currently (28.02.2022) and until further notice, referring to resources located on the territory of Ukraine or registered on the territory of Ukraine, are not related to ZOOGEN LLC (ZOOGEN Center for Veterinary Genetics) and its professional activities.
  2. ZOOGEN LLC bears full and unconditional responsibility to its customers, regardless of their territorial location, all obligations undertaken to perform genetic testing of animals, the implementation of prepayment coupons will be fulfilled and will be fulfilled in the future, including those issued before February 28, 2022 through Representation in Ukraine (LLC "ZOOGEN UKRAINE").
  3. To clarify some points, our specialists can contact customers in Ukraine by phone or e-mail. We also ask our clients who have made orders through the Representative Office in Ukraine, but have not received the results of the research, if possible, contact us by the official phones of the Center or e-mail.
  4. ZOOGEN LLC, an organization engaged in professional activities in the field of molecular genetic testing of animals, takes a fundamentally neutral position in the conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and acts solely in the interests of breeders and pet owners in the field of genetic testing, regardless of their social, political and other views.
  5. We have been and remain open to interaction with breeders and pet owners, regardless of their political status and geographic location.
  6. ZOOGEN LLC is considering possible options for supporting breeders and pet owners in the territory previously under the responsibility of the Representative Office in Ukraine.
